At the meeting, Chairman Chen Jiancheng made a speech on behalf of Wolong Holding Group Co., Ltd. He pointed out that Wolong's comprehensive global precision cooperation began in 2011 with the acquisition of the European motor company ATB Group. There are 10 motor factories under ATB, distributed in Central, East and West Europe. It was one of the top ten cross-border M&A cases in China at that time. The principle of Wolong M&A is “affordable, manageable, and well managed”. It is only added to the motor field. All other industries do subtraction to ensure that the company's debt ratio remains at around 55%. Since then, Wolong has successfully acquired the Italian robotic integrated application manufacturer Italy SIR Robotics, the vibration motor manufacturer Italy OLI company. In June last year, Wolong officially signed a delivery agreement with General Electric (GE), and successfully completed the delivery of GE's medium and low voltage motor business. Global precision cooperation is not just a way of “outsourcing”. Wolong built a motor factory in Haiphong, Vietnam last year. At the same time, it established a global central research institute, attracting a large number of top technical talents from multinational giants such as GE, ABB and Siemens, and continuously introducing global senior management talents.
