The training course was organized by the Group Management School. The participants were selected from the middle of 4,500 overseas employees, from ATB Group, Large Drive Group, Industrial Drive Group, Daily Motor Group and International Sales Headquarters. At the opening ceremony, Chen Yanni, the vice chairman and president of the holding group, first welcomed the participants and introduced the development history of Wolong and the original intention of holding this training. She said that in the market environment where the macroscopic situation is changing more and more complicated, Wolong should continue to be in the leading position in the global motor industry, and to achieve the strategic goal of the global motor No.1, we must continue to take the road of globalization.

Chen said that it is hoped that through this GTTP project, the overseas enterprise management backbone personnel will better understand and implement Wolong’s strategic planning and management modes and methods, and enhance the execution and response speed of overseas enterprises to the headquarters strategic decision-making.
